Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120 is accepting sealed bids for the Mundelein High School Master Facility project. Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following as described: Bid Group #1, Bid Packages 1-5: Bid Pack age #1 - Site Clearing, Excavation, & Grading Bid Pack age #2 - Concrete Bid Pack age #3 - Site Utilities Bid Pack age #4 - Masonry Bid Pack age #5 - Structural Steel. The competency and responsibility of the bidders will be considered in making awards. The successful bidder shall, upon acceptance of his bid, be required to procure and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Bonds shall comply with all laws of the State of Illinois governing publiccontracts let by govern men tal units. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified checkor cashier's check made payable to the Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120 in an amountequal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid shall be submit ted with the Bid.
