Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes, but is not limited to the following bid items: Pulling, inspecting, rehabilitating/replacing components and reinstalling pumping equipment in the well including testing and other miscellaneous items. Question Deadline 04/30/2025 Any bidder in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Specifications or other bid documents shall submit a written request for interpretation to Casey Botterman 1700 West Central Road Mount Prospect, IL 60056 Phone: 847.87.5640 at cbotterman@mountprospect.org, no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for the opening of the bid. Any questions received after that time may be answered at the discretion of the Village ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE blank STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
