This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall conduct Hood and Duct Cleaning Services at the Delancey Street Kitchen. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all identified services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California State Prison, Solano (SOL) Delancey Street Kitchen.
