Scope of Work: Otterdale Road Roundabout Lighting involves the construction of overhead roundabout lighting at two existing roundabout intersections - Otterdale Road and Hampton Park Drive (UPC 124278) andOtterdale Road and Harpers Mill Parkway (UPC 124276). All proposed light poles shall be black anodized aluminum. The total land disturbance of each project is less than 2,500 SF. The Contractor may work on bothprojects simultaneously, but the combined land disturbance of both projects shall not exceed 2,500 SF at anyone time. The work will include maintenance of traffic, erosion & sediment control, sign relocations, roundabout lighting and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Notice to Proceed date between July 28, 2025 and September 2, 2025, at the choice of the Contractor. The Contractor shall inform the County of their preferred NTP date within ten (10) days after the County issues a notice of award (NOA) to the Contractor. The NTP can be issued by the County to the Contractor for any date between July 28, 2025 and September 2, 2025; however, the Contractor shall complete the project within 90 consecutive calendar days from the agreed upon NTP date.
