**As of July 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Precision Safe Sidewalks LLC, but the awarded amount is not available.** Town of Garner ("Town") invites submittals of bids for the Sidewalk Cutting Project. The project will be awarded if pricing is within anticipated funding availability All bids must be made on the form furnished by the Town. If bids are submitted in person, each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town's Purchasing Officer with the project name typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. All communications concerning this RFP should be directed to: TL Bradley, Streets Superintendent Phone: (919)772-7600 tbradley@garnernc.gov All Questions Due - April 29, 2025, by 12:00 P.M. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for concrete cutting, trip hazard removal, maintenance, repair, and all other associated services. Work shall be performed at various locations in the Town of Garner. The Town will release work by providing the Contractor with a list of locations that need to be addressed, at which time the Contractor is to deploy, measure and address the items identified.
