Anticipated Intent to Award date June 2, 2025 Anticipated Award date June 2, 2025 Anticipated Completion of Construction , August 22, 2025 Northcentral Technical College (NTC), located in northcentral Wisconsin, is one of the sixteen (16) districts of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) in the State of Wisconsin. NTC is proud to represent a ten (10) county district that encompasses all of, or portions of, Marathon, Lincoln, Taylor, Price, Langlade, Menominee, Clark, Portage, Shawano and Waupaca counties. NTC's central campus is located in Wausau, with convenient regional campuses in Antigo, Medford, Phillips, Spencer and Wittenberg. NTC also has Centers of Excellence in Agriculture, Public Safety, and Wood Technology No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder upon execution of the contract. If the awarded bidder fails to execute the contract within 15 days, the certified check or bid bond will be forfeited to NTC as liquidated damages.
