Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yelm, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.

This project consists of converting a decommissioned railroad to a shared-use path. The work includes trail widening, grading the trail, compacting excavated material to build the trail paving asphalt trail, gravel shoulders, bench, binoculars, leaning railing, converting the bridge for pedestrian access by updating the decking, adding pedestrian railing, and lookouts, and all other work all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction and the City of Yelm Standard Drawings and Specifications All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit by a cashiers or certified check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish satisfactory Performance Bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid deposit or bond shall be forfeited to the City of Yelm.
