Information regarding a timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined. ____________ Introduction: Macon-Bibb County Owner is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested persons or organizations (Applicant) qualified as an Owners Representative Project Manager (Owners Rep or Project Manager) for the performance of daily coordination, schedule review, and project oversight duties and services (Project) for the New Macon Arena Project. The Applicant, acting as the prime, is responsible for providing all the necessary information to fulfill the requirements of this solicitation. The Applicant shall select and organize a team appropriate for the Scope of Work for the Project.
