Install new TRANE M# YSK240A3S0H0000 20 ton PKG G/E 208/230 3 PH High Heat unit. 3. Provide and install manual fresh Air kit and Curb adapter 4. Lawfully, and safely, remove and dispose of the existing system in accordance with all applicable laws and industry standards. 5. Provide as necessary all wiring, conduit and circuit breakers from panels to units. 6. All components necessary to provide the City of Clarksville with complete, lawfully installed, fully functional system designed for the intended purpose, shall be the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. 7. (Test and balance) Start-up and balance the systems. Provide a written start up and balancing report. 8. File (or register) all warranty information with the manufacturer on behalf of the owner.
