Status: Accepted by Construction Journal General Requirements - Contractors License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The work to be performed (Work) includes the construction of approximately 1200-Lf of 5-foot sidewalk between Ft Campbell Blvd and Beech Street on E Street. The work includes traffic control along with all necessary materials, labor and equipment to complete the Work as set out more fully in the Specifications. The Project has a substantial completion duration of 120 days, and total completion duration of 150 days. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis with Add Alternates as indicated in the Bid Form. Representatives of Owner and\or Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Submit all question 96 hours prior to the date and time of the bid opening and an addendum will be issued 48 hours prior to the Bid date and time of the bid opening, excluding weekends and state holidays. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the bid opening date.
