As of June 10, 2025, all bids were previously rejected, and Owner is in the process of sending out an updated bid advertisement for a 2nd round of bidding. The Scope of Work for this project includes: The restoration of a 1764 ft 2 EPDM (60mil) to wood deck roof for a masonry block building. Restoration will consist of field repairs to the EPDM membrane, a new parapet coping cap with membrane liner and nailer, fluid applied membrane system with reinforcement, urethane reprime, and drainage improvements including a new cricket, HVAC curb, conductor head and downpipe. Products are Tremco specified and must be installed by Tremco Certified Applicators. Project is urgent and construction will need to be started as soon as possible after bid is awarded. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. No bid will be opened unless the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the Contractor's name, address, and license number; the date of the license expiration; a quotation of that part of the license classification applicable to the bid and proof of Tremco Contractor Certification. Each Bidder must deposit (with his/her bid) bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The right to reject any or all bids and to wave technicalities is reserved by the owner.
