The City of St. Charles ("City") is requesting proposals from firms to perform Construction Engineering Services for the Stern and Stetson Avenue Base Reclamation Project. The selected Consultant will act as the City's Resident Engineer for the project and as liaison for the City to the impacted property owners. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF ST. CHARLES STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
