Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of May 21 , 2025, project is awarded to Pio-Con Construction Services in the amount of $376,741,90 and the start date was starting of July** The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Station No. 2 Expansion for Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 109 including, but not limited to: demolishing existing pumps, piping, fittings, valves, and ventilation blower and ductwork in the dry pit; installing a permanent bypass connection with manhole; bypass pumping to complete the work; installing new pumps, piping, fittings, valves, and new ventilation blower and duct work in the dry pit; modifications to the above ground ventilation exhaust vent; miscellaneous electrical improvements; and all other miscellaneous items specified or shown in the contract documents, including adjustments and work necessary for a complete working system. Question Deadline 05/04/2025 All questions shall be submitted Online. Questions will not be considered after 10:00 a.m. three (3) calendar days prior to the bid opening.
