Please be sure to include the solicitation name in the subject line or email body Tulsa County Parks is seeking bids for 2 LED scoreboards for the O'Brien Youth Baseball Fields Construction project. The lump sum bid is to be inclusive of materials and installation. 1. Size/Dimensions of LED scoreboard: 10' tall x 16' wide of programmable and usable space 2. Pixel Pitch: 10mm maximum 3. NIT rating: 6500 desired 4. Software requirements: The system should have the ability to serve as ad space on a rotating basis during gameplay and between innings. Ads can be static images or video. Ads are desired to be sold by outside sources with a 50% revenue share to the county. It should be remotely/cellular controlled without hard wiring. The system must track balls, strikes, outs, home, visitor, and runs scored. 5. Hardware and electrical needs: The desired vendor will provide all product outside of electrical run and electrical needs for dedicated circuits at the product. The selected vendor will provide poles and other elements to ensure electrical operation is successful outside of the county provided electrical box and service.
