**As of May 16,2025, project was awarded to Knife River Construction, awarded amount is $2,998,182.35.** GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION In general, the work to be performed under this contract includes construction of a roundabout intersection with new pavement, curb gutter & sidewalk, retaining walls, landscaping, lighting, and signing & striping. FUNDING SOURCE This project is funded with local funds. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE The Engineer's Estimate for this Contract is _ $2,800,000. CONTRACT TIME The Project has 180 Working Days. LICENSING REQUIREMENTS At the time the City awards the contract for this project, the Contractor shall possess either a Class A Contractor License or a combination of classes required by the categories and types of work included in this contract.
