The action involves the rehabilitation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems along with window replacement and entrances and associated architectural changes necessitated by the exterior closure, HVAC systems and infrastructure work. This Project is for the rehabilitation of the existing Staller Music wing, a 250,000 GSF building, constructed in 1975. The Music Wing includes large rehearsal rooms, music practice rooms, a 5,000 SF art gallery, art studies, classrooms, storage rooms and faculty offices. The Project will replace all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, windows, structural work, interior finishes, and the removal of hazardous materials.
