Mcallister Hall Health Science Office Remodeling Each proposal shall be sealed in an envelope marked "North Iowa Area Community College McAllister Hall Health Science Office Remodeling, Mason City, Iowa". Each bid must be accompanied in a separate envelope by a bidding check, bid bond or a certified share draft in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price, said check being either a cashier's check, a check certified by a bank in Iowa or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States or a certified share draft on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States, and made payable to North Iowa Area Community College, as security that the bidder will furnish the required bonds and enter into a contract within ten (10) days after the award of the contract to the bidder. The required surety bond shall be executed on AIA Document A312, two-part Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, conditioned for the faithful performance of all the terms of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder with the amount shown on each part equal to the Contract Sum. Surety shall be a company licensed to do business in the State of Iowa and shall be acceptable to North Iowa Area Community College Board of Directors.
