Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 775, Texas Health & Safety Code and Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code, it is the intention of the Districts (the "Owner") to select via a Request for Proposals format (one-step process) a Construction Manager-At-Risk ("CM@R") for construction of a new Fire Station.
