Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Dripping Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.
The project consists of multiple additions to the existing Dripping Springs High School, including: a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) addition, a new Multi-Purpose Gym addition, an alternate for a Dance Studio addition & renovation, and an alternate for a new Agriculture Barn addition. There are also multiple locations in the existing high school to be renovated. The construction manager is requesting proposals for all trades on Bid Package No. 2, with the exception of : Demolition, Earthwork, Erosion Controls, Landscaping & Irrigation, and Utilities. Proposals on these trades were previously accepted in Bid Package No. 1 for the site work. There is a Prevailing Wage Rate determination for this project. Please see the wage scale document. Construction is underway on this project and trades have been let.
