The Project includes the following Work: Clearing & grubbing, mass earthwork grading, site development and erosion control. The Project has an expected duration of 300 days. A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as may in the judgement of the governing board,serve its best interest and furthe rreserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted.
