Renovation of a recreation facility in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
SCOPE OF WORK The following outlines the scope of work for this project. Materials to Purchase The following is a list of material the contractor will need to provide for this work. It is not a complete list of materials but covers most of the larger items needed: o 1 TM400 Enclosure o Conduit (amount to be determined by contractor) o Category 6 ethernet cable (amount to be determined by contractor) o Electrical wire (amount and size to be determined by contractor) o 1 LNL-X2220 access panel o 2 HID Signo 20 card readers (standard profile) o 1 Altronix power supply o 2 GRI surface mounted double pole/double throw door contacts o 1 Alarm Control DPDT Monitor and Control Station o 1 Axis Q1805-LE security camera o 1 Avigilon 7.0 Enterprise camera licenses Contractor Responsibilities The following is a list of tasks the contractor is responsible to complete. o Install the Axis Q1805-LE camera on the building as indicated. o Run CAT6 cable between the county switches and the installed Axis cameras. o Install the purchased TM400 enclosure in the site's mechanical room as indicated o Install the purchased LNL-X2220 and Altronix power supply in the mounted TM400 enclosure. o Install one of the purchased HID Signo 20 card reader on the main entrance as indicated. o Install a purchased HID Signo 20 card reader on the side door as indicated. o Install the purchased Alarm Control monitor and control station near the keypad. o Install the GRI door contact on the two card reader doors. o Wire the Altronix power supply to power the LNL-X2220 reader board. o Install any surface mounted conduit to conceal wires in the building. Conduit is needed only where wires would otherwise be visible in normal building use (i.e. conduit is not needed if wire is being run through the ceiling) o Wire the installed door contact, QEL, control station, and card readers to the Lenel access panel. o The door contact will be wired to the intrusion panel and the card access system. o Crashbars have built in REX device o Program the 2 installed card readers into the County's OnGuard 8.2 card access software. o Program the first badge read of the card access system to disable the Bosch Intrusion system. o Program the Alarm Control DPDT control station to change the reader mode of the main entry reader and side entry reader in OnGuard 8.2 Dakota County Staff Responsibilities The following is a list of tasks the county is responsible to complete for the contractor. o Provide the contractor with the network switch information. o Provide the contractor with access to the site. o Ensure there is switch port availability for the network devices. o May 15, 2025 - Work can begin o August 1, 2025 - Work must be completed
