Bismarck City Commission Will Receive Bids for the Construction of a Traffic Signal Fiber Optic Interconnect System and Related Items in Street Light and Traffic Signal Project Eighty-three (83). The Contractor Shall Upload a Copy of His Bidder's Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid as Required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as Amended, and Executed as Provided by Law, The Bid Bond Shall Be Conditioned That if the Principal's Bid is Accepted and a Contract is Awarded, the Principal Shall Execute the Contract Within Ten Days of Receipt of the Notice of Award. The Project Includes More Than One Unit, and the Basis of Award Shall Be the Lowest and Best Bid for the Units Selected by the City. Work Shall Consist of Approximately 40 Lf of Conduit, 6,700 Lf of Fiber Optic Cable, 4,700 Lf of Tracer Wire, 7 Fiber Housing Pullboxes, Modifications to the Existing Traffic Signal Cabinets, and Related Items.
