The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, Labor, machinery, and services to complete the Impervious Surface Removal at 155 Manor Court per the bid specifications. All proposals must include the following: Clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding, etc. All areas surrounding the work site shall be protected from debris or damage All work shall be substantially completed within thirty days of the issued purchase order unless approved by the Purchasing Office Bidders are advised to visit the job site for exact measurements before submitting a proposal. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. Question Cut Off Date: 4/28/2025 02:00:00 PM (ET) - All questions must be submitted through online. All questions will be answered through online Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per Occurrence/2 Million General Aggregate Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit Umbrella Liability: 2 Million Worker's Compensation: Statutory, required with 3 or more. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
