The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. o The facility is located at 5624 South Cougar Lane (4800 West) in Kearns, Utah. o The project will consist of the fabrication of an adjustable 12x12ft climbing wall that caters to beginners but can be adjusted for intermediate and advanced climbers. The Approximate space measurements Length 20'4" x depth 16' x height 12' (2'7" from the wall - duct work) and 11'11" (6'9" from the wall - light panel). See photos with measurements. o A landing mat system is to be included and installed with the system. o Current flooring consists of rubber flooring and some tile (where some of the mat system will lie). o We are looking for a system with an app to be able to change the routes. o We are looking for a system that has an easy adjustable wall mechanism. o The facility may have limited availability for onsite work during our summer season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend). o It is desired to have the project completed in 2025.
