Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Spanish Fork, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Spanish Fork City is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to design a new Public Works Facility that will house multiple departments, including Engineering, Power, Water, Wastewater, Streets and Storm water. The facility should be designed to accommodate current and future operational needs while maximising efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the City anticipates hiring a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide design assistance. The Consultant will be expected to collaborate with the CM/GC to ensure the project is designed within the approved construction budget.
