Renovation of a military facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project includes all requirements necessary for the retrofit and reconstruction of an efficiently operating Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning system for the existing Spanish Fork Ad Site Building. This will include removal and storage of the existing 4ton AC unit and furnace. With the installation of new units, one new AC concrete pad, and mini split system according to specifications and COR instruction. All incidental demolished material is to be disposed of as required by the local jurisdictions. All equipment, including mini-splits, electrical, piping and any other connections as indicated is to be provided and installed. This is a Small Business Set Aside Questions regarding this solicitation are due in writing to the CO, by Monday, May 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM (Mountain Time) Local Time MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Government's estimated price range per FAR 36.204, is between $25,000-$100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
