Bid Description: All bids received after the time stated in the notice to bidders will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail/shipping company/courier service/personal delivery or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Brunswick School District. The bidder assumes responsibility for having their bid delivered on time at the place and time specified. We will not be sending out any bid tabulations. Bid pricing shall be fixed through the contract term and be net delivered to include all Shipping & Handling charges. There will be no charges added to the bid award pricing of any kind i.e. fuel, minimum orders, special deliveries, your supplier price increases, return shipping due to manufacture defects or vendor errors, etc. Substituting should not be made where specific brand names are indicated. Cross outs and changes to the bid specifications will make your bid nonresponsive. If you have suggestions for more economical or higher quality brands, please do as a separate bid. Contract term July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026. All conditions in the General Conditions are in effect unless specifically modified here. If two or more Bidders submit identical Bids as to price, the decision of the Brunswick CSD to grant an award to one of such identical Bidders shall be final. POs are to be filled within 30 days of receipt of order. If you cannot supply items within this time frame, please do not bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept a bid on the basis of the total items requested or on the basis of individual items. You may bid on whatever items you wish. The District guarantees no minimum or maximum purchases as a result of a vendor winning a bid. The District reserves the right to reject any bid, proposal or request for assignment for an entity that appears on the prohibited entities list prior to the award of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the prohibited entities list after contract award.
