The Department of Public Utitilies will replace lead service lines on 7th Avenue starting at 107th Street going north and Individual replacement will be at the discretion of the City of Troy Departmment of Public Utilities. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, payable to the City Treasurer, for five (5 %) percent of the amount of the bid, or a bid bond of the same must accompany each bid. The Successful Bidder must furnish 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner.
