No definite date for the rebid.** Sarpy County is seeking qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the the AHU and the replacement of the FPBs at the Sarpy County Juvenile Justice Center. Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Questions or comments regarding this sealed bid should be directed to: Daniel Huse Sarpy County Purchaser 1210 Golden Gate Drive Papillion, NE 68046 Email: dhuse@sarpy.gov This Project is a partial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning ("HVAC") Renovation for the non-secure side at the Juvenile Justice Center for Sarpy County. The project includes refurbishing two Air Handler Units ("AHU") with new motors, hot water/chilled water coils, control valves and replacement of the Variable Frequency Drives ("VFD") for the air handlers. The project also includes the replacement of 35 Fan Powered Boxes ("FPB") and their associated control valves. The airside and hydronic side is required to be rebalanced. The scope of services sought for this project are: commercial HVAC services, electrical, mechanical and plumbing services. Demolition of existing equipment and some access areas are anticipated for the Project. Repair of property that is damaged or must be removed for access is anticipated. The Contractor shall need to provide for the labor and material for these repairs. Some hazardous materials, such as coolant, are anticipated to be encountered. The Contractor shall handle and dispose of all hazardous materials in compliance with applicable federal and state laws as well as local ordinances.
