Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Papillion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Upon approval, the Owner will issue payment to the Contractor in the amount of 90% of the contracted value of the completed work as of the end of the preceding month, as recommended by the Engineer. Payment for the balance retained will be issued by the Owner upon completion of the work and approval thereof by the Owner's Engineer, City or Governmental approval when necessary, and acceptance by the Owner Each bid shall be accompanied, in a separate sealed envelope, by a certified or bank check drawn on a bank whose deposits are insured by the F.D.I.C. or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of $2,950,00 and snail be payable without condition to SANITARY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 337 OF SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will execute the contract and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period ofTHIRTY (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or al! bids and to waive informalities. Question Deadline 05/27/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
