Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kelso, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Installation of Owner supplied equipment including generators and automatic transfer switches; Site preparation and furnishing and installing import aggregate, reinforced concrete slabs, and galvanized steel stairs, elevated walkway, railing, supports and framing, chain link fencing and gates as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. Electrical conduits constructed across SR411. The Owner will not provide paper copies of the Project bid documents for this project for bidding purposes. The Owner accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and thereby submit inadequate or incomplete responses. All Bids must be submitted on the regular bid form furnished within the specifications, and each must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the work, as prescribed in the bidding documents. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited. To perform public work, the successful Bidder and Subcontractors, shall hold or obtain such licenses and registrations as required by Washington State Statutes and Codes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. All work performed on this project shall be subject to the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates. All documents received in response to this invitation to bid will become a matter of public record and subject to the Washington Public Disclosure Act under Chapter 42.56 RCW. The Owner, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat.252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on grounds of race, colour, or national origin in consideration for an award.
