Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dripping Springs, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

“The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. Hays County Emergency Services District No. 6 is accepting Request for Proposals for Construction Manager- At-Risk (CMAR) from contractors for a new Fire Station at the intersection of Headwaters Boulevard and Flathead Drive. The proposed facility will consist of a 6,324 s.f. first floor and 2,664 s.f. concrete decked 2nd floor/mezzanine. Project also includes underground storm water tie-in, concrete drives and parking lot.
