FRAME & INSTALL NEW Aluminum storefront system, 9'-11" in height . Frame walls with 6" metal studs @ 16" O.C., finished with 5/8" gypsum board on both sides. refer to 1/A101 . Install LVL beams for structural support. 2/A501 and S0.0 . Wrap 6x6 posts with aluminum break metal.refer to 4 & 5/A501 . Infill top portion of the opening with EIFS or similar finish material. refer to 3/A101 2. INSTALL (3) NEW aluminum-frame glass door entrances, including a doubledoor unit and folding glass partition system. . Install folding glass partition system (12'-4" W).refer to 1/A101 . New aluminum doors (3'-0" x 7'-0" & 6'-0" x 7'-0"). refer to door schedule A501 . Use aluminum door frames with continuous sealant. . Install 1" insulated, double-pane tempered glass where required. refer to window schedule A501 3. RELOCATE existing signage, as designated in drawings 4. INSTALL NEW planters & irrigation, layout and design TBD . Ensure ADA-compliant flush sill installation. Refer to 2/A501 Additional Notes: .
