Community High School District 128 is accepting sealed bids for the Asbestos Abatement in support of Asbestos Renovation Work at Libertyville High School, located in Libertyville, Illinois. Bid security, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid shall be submitted with the bid. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds and Certifi-cate of Insurance, as required by the Owner, will be required from the successful bidder. The Board of Education, Community High School District 128, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities on informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Owner.
