Qualified Contractors are invited to submit bids for the Midlothian Public Safety and Courts - Phase II project. Public Safety and Courts Building – The project is for a new Public Safety and Courts Building to improve city service to the community and provide improved and more efficient working environment for city staff. The project is located on Highway 67 just off 9th Street. The existing Public Safety and Courts Building is currently on this same site. Public Safety and Municipal Courts Program will be comprised of office space for the various city public safety departments including Police Administration, Fire Marshal, Dispatch Center, Emergency Operations Command Center, Investigations, Property/Evidence Management, Holding Cells, Public Space separate from Detainees, Training, Crime Prevention and Community Action Programs, Victim’s Relief, Chaplain Offices, and Courts Facility.
