Ector County will accept sealed bids for the following:GRADED BASE MATERIAL If a bidder chooses to submit a Hard Copy Bid, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope, with a return address and clearly marked as to the title of the request for bid they are responding to GRADED BASE MATERIAL (2025-IFB073),and must be sent to the attention of the Ector County Purchasing Agent, Lucy Soto, 1010 E. 8th Street, Room 110, Odessa, Texas 79761. The bidder's firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope. The Ector County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bid. Payment will be made in accordance with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code. The County of Ector does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age and disability in employment or the provision of services.
