A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Repair ADD 2nd Story Inside Aircraft Shop B238 Project Location: Hill Air Force Base, UT TOTAL PERFORMANCE PERIOD 726 Calendar Days The Design Build (DB) Contractor to shall construct an interior second story/mezzanine approximately 9500 sf to match the existing facility for the aircraft maintenance group. The load capacity requirements are 250 psf for the floor. The mezzanine structure is a modular partition system. The mezzanine below will be open and remain as is and protected. Design Build Contractor to include lighting and HVAC under mezzanine. The Design Build Contractor to field verify all dimensions before commencing work. The work to include an open work area to include two openings to connect the two areas with 10'x12' overhead doors with man doors next to them, bollards, epoxy flooring, install a 12" high steel industrial guardrail with safety yellow powder coat finish around the perimeter of the facility, install security metal decking over mezzanine, include 4'x 2' utility drop with lay-in galvalume paint lock 1/4 " steel plate to support two (2) power cord reels (9 3/8" x 12 5/8"), two (2) flush quad power outlet, gasketed, a 3 3/4 " x 9 ground reel, a 6-1/8" x 19" vacuum hose reel, and 6 1/8" x 19" air hose reel, spaced every 16'-0" on center. Include eye wash stations, portable fire extinguishers, man door to exit into egress stairwell, proper egress exiting, LED lighting and lighting controls, electrical requirements to support work load, 120/208 vacuum pump, transformer, comm/data, access control (possible exiting requirement) fire protection, HVAC
