Project requirement is to construct a complete and useable two story 6,000 sf data center. 100% drawings and specifications have previously been completed and will serve as part of the contract requirements. The data center will be constructed in the courtyard of Bldg. 1515, Hill Air Force Base, UT. There will be various utility connections to existing utilities inside Bldg. 1515. Prior to any construction, the contractor will need to establish a free zone on the east side of the building (East Lobby and portions of the East Corridor) per architectural plans. In addition, a temporary roll-up door will need to be installed on the outer wall to lock up the project site at the end of each business day, see Sheet AE101 in design plans. Contractor to coordinate with SWEG on the temporary roll-up door. Construction access into the existing Courtyard will be through the free zone in the East Lobby. For all outages, the contractor shall plan for 4-weeks to get the outage approved by the government.
