Conceptual plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The work includes partial demolition and new construction required to fully reconfigure and expand the existing administrative area located on the western side of the south and south center bays in Building B107. The project scope includes new wall partitions, doors, ceilings, and flooring, along with coordination of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection disciplines to meet all program requirements. The existing modular office located in the B/25 column grid location is to remain as part of the expansion design layout and incidental related work. Brand name or equal references are used to communicate structural interior colors and finish selections to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, professional environment. Specified finish materials include Armstrong Biome ST263 Savannah Monsoon luxury vinyl plank flooring; Benjamin Moore eggshell and semi-gloss paints for walls and door/sidelite frames; Armstrong Ultima High NRC 1941A acoustical ceiling tiles; Johnsonite 4" rubber base; InPro Corporation surface mount 3" wing corner guards; Schluter Systems transition strips; Wilsonart plastic laminate for wall and base cabinets; and Corian solid surface countertops.
