The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. The project consists of the milling and paving of parking lots and the miscellaneous replacement of damaged concrete sidewalks and curbs. Bids must be on a combined lump-sum basis; separate Bids for individual trades will not be accepted. Project is to be substantially completed within 90 Consecutive Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This contract is federally assisted. The Contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the HACA, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Security (Bid Bond) executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid, must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instruction To Bidders (HUD-5369).
