Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all bonds, insurance, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and appurtenances necessary to provide annual preventative maintenance/load bank testing for 13 emergency power generators (2 gasoline generators and 11 diesel powered generators) at various locations refer to Attachment A - Emergency Generator Specifications and Locations. In addition to the annual preventative maintenance/load bank testing services, the vendor will also provide emergency response and repair services. The initial contract will be for a one year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 2 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 3 years from the date of award. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total..
