Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,619-square-foot, three-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
The 36,619SF renovation is of the select areas of the lower level, first floor, second floor, and courtyard. As of May 15, 2025, the construction manager needs round 2 of questions submitted no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, May 16, 2025. *Phasing and Logistics plans will be issued by Monday, May 19, 2025 via a Notice to Bidders.* Construction is expected to start September 2025, with a nine (9) month schedule to complete. All Proposals are to include the complete cost of labor, materials, shipping, tax, equipment, and customary inclusions, to provide a complete scope of work for your trade. Proposals will be reviewed by Scorpio. Any conflicts, ambiguities, errors, omissions, or inconsistencies with the invitation documents must be brought to our attention immediately. Please contact the Construction Manager to be added to the bid list. ++All parties interested in attending the pre-bid meeting on May 9, 2025, must email the construction manager. You will need to be added to the Visitors List at Oak Hammock for Security to let you in. You will need to bring a photo id / license to gain access and you will only be let past the gates if you are on the list. ++ **We highly encourage demolition, roofing, structural steel, skylights, and landscaping to attend the site visit as the courtyard is an area we are trying to understand access and will have a plan by second week of May. **
