Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a medical facility in Cambridge, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for asbestos abatement for a medical facility.

A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Asbestos Abatement and Regulated Waste Removal and Disposal construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Prepare work areas 2. Remove and dispose of identified asbestos and regulated materials 3. Location and removal of buried asbestos piping 4. Waste documentation Est. On the day of the pre-bid, participants will meet at the rear entry door of the Administration Building on the west side of the building. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: . Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2020, for the abatement and disposal of asbestos containing materials and regulated materials. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $350,000 or greater. Project Manager listed has had at least 5 years of experience with the abatement and disposal of asbestos containing materials and regulated materials similar in scope and value of this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $350,000 or greater. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements, as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the project manual in the solicitation before submitting a response. All questions should be submitted no later than April 24, 2025 by 12:00 pm (central time)
