The proposed contract is subject to minimum wage rates as set forth by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and incorporated into the Specifications. The Isanti County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein, and further reserve the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of the County.
