All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Isanti County shall comply with the provisions of the statute. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, Certified Check or a Corporate Surety Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the Isanti County Treasurer. If the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to them, shall fail to enter into the contract, as let, the amount of such bidder's bond shall be forfeited to the County. The Isanti County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein, and further reserve the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of the County.
