Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Melfa, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision required for the construction of an Auxiliary Gym in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications prepared by VIA Architects. The Auxiliary Gym will be constructed on the property located at 28480 Bobtown Road Melfa Virginia, location of Pungoteague Elementary School. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days except as expressly provided for and outlined under the Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the interest of the Owner and to reject the bid or bidder who is not able to perform the contract. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of any formalities in the submission of any bid. Every request for such interpretation must be addressed to the Architect, Scott Campbell, VIA Design, (757) 627-1486 and to be given consideration it must be received at the architect's address at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
