Bid Documents may also be obtained in electronic .pdf format, free of charge, through direct electronic transfer. Requests for bid documents in electronic format may be made by submitting an e-mail request to Carolyn Phillips (cphillips@tbiric.com).Bidders requesting electronic format bid documents must provide a contact name, name of firm they represent with mailing address, and an e-mail address for receipt of electronic files. Companies requesting electronic transfer will receive an e-mail link for direct downloading from Talbert & Bright's Secure Folder System. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and delivered or mailed to the above indicated locations. Sealed envelopes are to be clearly marked as follows: SEALED BID FOR: IFB 739 - Runway 21 Turnaround. It is the intent of the County of Accomack to award the entire project, however, the award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of local and state funds. The County of Accomack reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
