The intent and purpose of this IFB is to establish a term contract with a qualified vendor to furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide lawn maintenance services to the Virginia Department of Forestry's Headquarters Office located in Charlottesville, VA, as needed and requested in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintenance of the grounds. This includes cutting and maintaining the grass around the buildings and the adjacent field area, as well as general upkeep to maintain the aesthetic look of the building. Period of Contract: From April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. This contract will have the option of 4 (four), 1 (one) year additional terms. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award
