Renovation of a parking garage in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Contractor is to provide all supervision, equipment, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as described in this IFB. Narkie, Project Manager at (434) 970-3664, email: narkie@charlottesville.gov Each bid in excess of $100,000 submitted in response to this IFB shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total monetary amount of the bid (total base bid plus all additive bid items). The bid guarantee may be either (i) a certified or cashier's check made payable to "The City of Charlottesville, Virginia," or (ii) a bid bond made payable to "The City of Charlottesville, Virginia." The bid guarantee shall be for the purpose of promising and guaranteeing that the bidder will not withdraw its bid for a period of 30 days following bid opening. The Contractor is to provide all supervision, equipment, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as described above. Work to commence on (or before): April 29, 2022 Substantial Completion on (or before): July 22, 2022 Final Completion: July 29, 2022 Bid Questions Will Be Accepted Until March 25th.
