Renovation of an educational facility in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK / DESCRIPTION OF ITEM(S): General Specifications: - Provide and install new factory master keyed Schlage Primus Everest 29 cylinders and associated door hardware per specifications - Provide and install all hardware listed on the Pricing Schedule Attachment "B". - Cylinders shall be Schlage Primus Everest 29 Restricted "T" Keyway. - Cylinders shall be Factory Master Keyed. Master keying system has been developed. - Cylinders shall be provided with 2 factory cut change keys. - Exact "T" Keyway Section i.e. T125 will be provided to the contractor prior to ordering. - Cylinders shall be shipped to the City of Charlottesville using the following address: City of Charlottesville Facilities Maintenance Attention: Keith Staples 315 4th Street NW Charlottesville, VA 22903 - Contractor may inspect the cylinders upon arrival. - Installation may take place during normal business hours, and all work must be coordinated at least one week in advance with the project manager. Once a schedule is agreed on and installation begins, the contractor shall work onsite every day until completion unless school operations unexpectedly limit or disrupt access to the facility on specific dates. - Return existing cylinders and select door hardware to project manager at the completion of the project.
